Seafood chowder
Ingredients/Components
- lime juice - 1 Tbsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- fat free sour cream
- red beans and rice mix - 1 pkg
- shrimp drained - 1 can
- crab meat drained - 1 can
- minced clams, drained - 1 can
- shredded reduced fat pepper jack or monterey jack cheese - 2 c
- caribbean jerk seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- can diced mild green chilies - 1 item
How to make seafood chowder:
In a large saucepan, cook rice mix according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together milk and sour cream until well blended.
