Cheesy vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cup water - 1/4 item
- cup shredded carrots - 1/4 item
- cup shredded cheddar cheese - 1/4 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- can potato soup - 1 item
- cup frozen corn - 1 item
- cup chopped broccoli, frozen - 1/2 item
How to make cheesy vegetable soup:
In medium sauce pan, cook onion in hot margarine until tender but not brown. Add corn, broccoli, carrots, and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated.
