Seafood chowder
Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 med
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1 item
- large carrot, sliced - 1 item
- can Italian tomato sauce - 1 15
- cove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- Halibut or another firm white fish - 12 oz
- Shrimp/prawns - 8 oz
- large tomatoes chopped - 2 item
How to make seafood chowder:
In a large pot mix together chicken broth, mushrooms, carrot, onion, garlic, marjoram and Bay leaf. Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until cooked.
