Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- green pepper, chopped - 3/4 c
- mushrooms - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- saltine crackers - 1 item
- can canned milk - 1 item
- shrimp, boiled
- small can pimento - 1 item
- ; best if fresh - 1 can
- dash of hot sauce your taste - 1 item
- dash of Worcestershire your taste - 1 item
How to make seafood casserole:
Cook the onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms in the 3/4 stick margarine until tender. Mix pimento, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire, canned milk and lemon juice, then add to other ingredients. Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Crumble saltines on top.
