Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- parsley, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 c
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- green onion tops, chopped - 1 c
- slices bread crumbs - 2 item
- shrimp, peeled, deveined and boiled - 3 4
How to make shrimp casserole:
Saute all vegetables in margarine. Add other ingredients and mix well (add rice last). Top with bread crumbs. Bake in large casserole dish at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 8. Recipe may be divided and 1/2 frozen for later use.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
