Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
  • spaghetti, cooked and drained - 8 oz
  • parsley, minced - 3 Tbsp
  • pimento, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • can mushrooms with liquid - 1 oz
  • can undiluted cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • cut up chicken or 2 cans - 2 c

How to make chicken tetrazzini casserole:

Combine all ingredients and turn into buttered casserole. Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes or until very hot. Serves 4 to 6.
