Scrambled tofu
Ingredients/Components
- oil
- chicken seasoning - 1 tsp
- stalk celery, sliced thin - 1 item
- to 3 green onions, sliced - 2 item
- block tofu, drained - 1 item
How to make scrambled tofu:
Place oil in skillet. Braise celery and onion. Break tofu into small pieces and add to remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to skillet and simmer, stirring from time to time until heated through. Serve in place of scrambled eggs. Sliced mushrRecipe categories: Breakfast, Beans, Soy/tofu.
