Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • onion powder - 1/2 tsp
  • yeast flakes - 2 tsp
  • mashed tofu - 2 c
  • CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING - 3 Tbsp

How to make scrambled tofu:

Rinse tofu in cold water; drain and mash with a fork. In a skillet, saute onion in a little water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and stir together well on medium heat five to ten minutes. Yields 4 servings (2 1/4 cups).
