Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- yeast flakes - 2 tsp
- mashed tofu - 2 c
- CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING - 3 Tbsp
How to make scrambled tofu:
Rinse tofu in cold water; drain and mash with a fork. In a skillet, saute onion in a little water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and stir together well on medium heat five to ten minutes. Yields 4 servings (2 1/4 cups).Recipe categories: Breakfast, Beans, Soy/tofu.
