Scrambled tofu
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- cayenne - 1/4 tsp
- onions, chopped - 3/4 c
- nutritional yeast - 1 Tbsp
- tofu, crumbled - 2 lb
How to make scrambled tofu:
Mix all ingredients except oil together well. Warm skillet. Pour in oil. Pour in all ingredients. Scramble until brown. Serve hot with toast.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Beans, Soy/tofu.
