Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • instant minced onion - 1 tsp
  • can tomatoes - 1 oz
  • slices toasted bread, cubed - 4 item

How to make scalloped tomatoes:

Combine tomatoes, onion, sugar, salt, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce in bowl; pour mixture in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole ending with toast cubes. Pour butter over toast. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
