Scalloped potatoes and mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- minced onions - 1/4 c
- medium potatoes, sliced thin - 8 item
How to make scalloped potatoes and mushrooms:
Mix in 2-quart dish, then pour mixture of soup and milk over potatoes. Cover with lid or tin foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.In memory of Kay Tedder Wright.
