- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/4 lb
- large potatoes, sliced thin - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix flour, salt, pepper, milk, onion, cheese and butter together. Pour over sliced potatoes arranged in a greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 400°.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
