- milk - 6 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cornstarch - 6 Tbsp
- potatoes - 5 lb
- large box Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel and slice potatoes; boil until tender. Drain. Combine milk, salt, cornstarch and margarine. Bring to a boil and add cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over cooked potatoes and bake at 350° until it starts to brown.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
