- milk - 4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- large onion - 1 item
- oysters - 2 c
- box saltines - 1/2 item
- Old Bay or equal seafood seasoning - 1 Tbsp
How to make scalloped oysters:
Crumble crackers. Layer crackers and oysters in casserole dish. Combine milk, butter and onion in saucepan; add juice from oysters. Cook until onion becomes translucent. Pour mixture over crackers and oysters. Cook at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Scallops, Casseroles.
