- green onions, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- parsley, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- crumbled Feta cheese, rinsed - 4 oz
- large fresh mushrooms, stems removed save stems for another use - 12 item
How to make greek stuffed mushrooms:
Cook spinach; drain well. Combine with the next 4 ingredients. Fill mushroom caps and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
