- stick margarine - 1 item
- heavy cream - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- hot sauce optional - 1 item
- oysters - 2 pt
- oyster liquor - 1/2 c
- crushed crackers Ritz or Town House - 1 item
How to make scalloped oysters:
Cover bottom of buttered baking dish with crushed crackers, then a layer of oysters. Dot with butter and seasoning. Make another layer of crumbs and another of oysters. Dot with butter.
