Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- half and half cream - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
How to make scalloped corn casserole:
Combine corn, cracker crumbs, celery, onions, cheese and salt; add eggs. Stir in cream and butter. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
