  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • diced celery - 1/2 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • half and half cream - 1 c
  • Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c

How to make scalloped corn casserole:

Combine corn, cracker crumbs, celery, onions, cheese and salt; add eggs. Stir in cream and butter. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
