- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- corn - 3 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine eggs and salt. Place alternating layers of corn, mixture and crumbs in greased baking dish. Dot each layer with butter. Pour in milk. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
