- cans Cottage Inn chicken broth - 4 item
- bowtie noodles - 1 item
How to make escarole soup:
Wash escarole and then boil 1 hour. Strain escarole, then boil noodles until done and then strain. Add noodles and escarole to chicken broth. Cook on low heat until broth is hot.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Very low carbs.
