- beaten eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- box Jiffy or Martha White corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Using a glass 9 x 13-inch dish, melt the butter in the microwave. After the butter has melted, mix all the ingredients in the same dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
