Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • shredded American cheese - 1 c
  • corn - 2 c
  • soft type margarine - 2 Tbsp

How to make corn custard:

Combine all ingredients and stir until blended. Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Place in pan of hot water and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
