Scalloped cabbage

- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs Town House - 1 c
How to make scalloped cabbage:
Wilt cabbage in water over low heat. Melt butter and add flour. Blend well and add milk, salt and pepper. Keep stirring until it thickens (keeping over heat).Place a layer of drained cabbage in buttered casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of the Cheddar, 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 400°.
