How to make sand cake:
Beat pudding with milk at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. In separate bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar. Mix pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture.In a large, clean sand pail, alternately layer the cookie crumbs and pudding mixture, ending with the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight, until set. Serve with clean sand shovel.
