Sand cake

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk
• Cool Whip - 12 oz
• margarine - 1/2 c
• 10x sugar - 1 c
• vanilla pudding
• gummy fish - 1 pkg
• vanilla sandwich cookies

How to make sand cake:

Cream together the margarine, cream cheese and 10x sugar. Set aside.

Mix together in another bowl the vanilla pudding, milk, vanilla and Cool Whip.

Blend the cream mixture and the pudding mixture together until there are no lumps.

Crush 1 large package of vanilla sandwich cookies. Use a food processor or a rolling pin. Layer in a 10-inch plastic sand bucket with shovel, starting and ending with cookies. Decorate with gummy fish and serve with the sand shovel.
