Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- ground beef
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- hot sauce
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- canned tomatoes - 1 qt
- large onions - 4 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
- garlic bulbs - 4 item
- fat or oil - 4 Tbsp
How to make chili:
Cut onions, garlic and pepper into small pieces and fry until lightly brown. Brown ground beef, stirring constantly with a potato masher (to keep from balling up). Pour into large pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
