Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 2 3
  • dried dill weed - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • small onion - 1 item
  • horseradish - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley 1/8 c - 1/4 c
  • pepper and Tabasco to taste - 1 item
  • can red salmon, skinned and boned - 1 lb

How to make salmon pate:

Mince parsley and onion. Mix remaining ingredients. (A food processor works well.) Mix until smooth paste. Adjust spices. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 2 cups. Will keep refrigerated 7 to 10 days.
