- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- onions - 4 item
- peppers - 6 item
- ripe tomatoes - 12 item
- mangos - 4 item
How to make salsa:
Put tomatoes, mangos, peppers and onions through food processor, then mix in sugar, salt and vinegar. Adjust peppers to suit your taste.Cook in open kettle for 1 1/2 hours. Fill jars and seal as soon as it is finished cooking.
