- curry powder - 3 4
- chopped almonds or pecans - 1 item
- regular cream cheese not low-fat - 1 lb
- jar chutney - 1 item
How to make chutney cheese ball:
Cream together cream cheese and chutney, which has been chopped into small pieces. Add curry powder and when thoroughly mixed, roll into a ball and put in Saran Wrap; refrigerate. After it is thoroughly chilled, roll in chopped almonds or pecans. Serve with Ginger Snaps. This freezes very well for future use.Super easy party spread and delicious!!!!!
