Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- shredded carrots - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- shredded broccoli - 3/4 c
- shredded cauliflower - 3/4 c
How to make veggie bars:
Spread crescent rolls in bottom of greased jelly roll pan. Also, push rolls up the sides. Smooth seams well. Bake in 350° oven 10 minutes or until golden brown.Soften cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise and Ranch dressing. Add cheese and mix well. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Sprinkle on carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Press lightly into cream cheese. Cover and refrigerate until served.
