Ingredients/Components
- large can salmon - 1 item
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- onion juice - 1 Tbsp
- white horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
How to make salmon roll:
Break salmon apart and drain. Stir in first 5 ingredients. Shape into a roll or ball. Chill several hours. Roll in parsley and pecans. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, Salmon.
