Ingredients/Components
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- slices dried bread - 5 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cheese - 3/4 lb
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 item
How to make egg casserole:
Grease a 13 x 9-inch dish. Lay bread in it. Layer cheese and bacon. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over bread. Let sit overnight. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
