Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- snipped fresh parsley - 3 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- can salmon 2 c - 1 lb
How to make salmon roll:
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into 1 large mound or 2 small rolls. Roll in nut mixture. Chill; serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, Salmon.
