Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 2 3
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- can salmon - 1 lb
- snipped parsley dry parsley may be used - 1/2 c
How to make salmon ball:
Drain, debone and flake salmon. Combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
