Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 1/4 c
- can salmon, drained - 1 item
How to make salmon puffs:
Need deep skillet with approximately 1 1/2 cups oil. Heat on medium to high. Mix all ingredients and crumble in salmon. Put into pan by teaspoon, brown on both sides. Eat!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Salmon.
