Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs about 2 1/2 slices - 2 c
How to make salmon puffs:
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until appears set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Salmon.
