Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- small cans boneless, skinless salmon reserve liquid - 2 item
How to make salmon puffs:
Drain salmon, save 1/4 to 1/3 cup liquid. Flake salmon in bowl. Stir in 1 egg. Add flour a little at a time. Mix thoroughly. Add baking powder to liquid, stir with a fork until foams. Add to salmon mixture. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil, fry until golden.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Salmon.
