Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • onion flakes - 2 tsp
  • horseradish - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • red salmon, flaked - 2 c

How to make salmon party log:

Drain and flake salmon removing bones and skin. Combine salmon, cream cheese, and spices. Chill several hours. Shape mixture into an 8 x 2-inch log. Roll in nuts. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
