Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- can red or pink salmon - 1 lb
How to make salmon ball:
Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon. Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into ball and roll in nuts and parsley. You may wrap and freeze for later.
