Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 lb
- salt - 3 tsp
- water - 2 gal
- vinegar
- cucumbers - 7 lb
- lime - 2 c
- box pickling spice, tied in a cloth - 1/2 item
How to make lime pickles:
Mix; pour over drained cucumbers. Cook slowly for 2 hours and can them. The pickles should look clear when done. (Do not boil hard.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Appetizers.
