Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- snipped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- can red salmon - 1 lb
How to make salmon party log:
Drain salmon well. Bone and flake. Combine everything except parsley and nuts. Chill several hours. Roll into log (wax paper helps). Roll log in nuts and parsley. Serve with party rye bread or party crackers (Town House). Keeps in refrigerator for several days.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
