  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • 8 oz - 1 pkg
  • parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 2 tsp
  • horseradish - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • can salmon - 1 item

How to make salmon party log:

Drain and flake salmon. Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix and chill for several hours. Combine parsley and pecans. Shape salmon mixture into 8 x 2-inch log. Roll in nuts and parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
