  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • horseradish - 2 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 2 tsp
  • can salmon - 1 lb

How to make smoked salmon ball:

Remove bones and skin from salmon and flake. Combine with remaining ingredients. Form into ball; roll in parsley flakes. Serve with crackers.
