Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- can salmon - 1 lb
How to make salmon loaf:
Combine the crumbs with the seasoning; add milk and liquid/oil from salmon and the slightly beaten eggs. Mix well. Flake the salmon and add to egg mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
