Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- slices white bread - 16 item
- slices Cheddar cheese - 8 item
- ham or turkey slices - 8 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Remove crusts or bread and arrange 8 slices in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Lay slices of meat and cheese on bread and top with remaining slices of bread. Beat together the eggs, salt, onion salt, dry mustard and milk. Pour over sandwiches and refrigerate overnight. Make a topping of corn flakes and butter and spread on top of casserole.
