Salmon croquettes
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- green peas - 1 item
- horseradish sauce - 1 item
- tartar sauce - 1 item
- can pink salmon, drained - 1 item
- mashed potatoes instant or leftover
- white sauce or ketchup - 1 item
How to make salmon croquettes:
Mix salmon, potatoes, onion, egg and pepper until blended. Form into 8 patties. Spread crumbs on wax paper. Press patties in crumbs to coat. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add patties and cook over medium heat about 4 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Serve with green peas in cream sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salmon.
