Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 3/4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Mince onion. Combine hamburger, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, and a little milk. Make into balls and cook in oil. Remove meatballs with slotted spoon. Add ketchup, 1/3 c. water, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to pan and bring to boil. Return meatballs to pan and simmer until hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
