Simple salisbury steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make simple salisbury steak:
In a large bowl, mix hamburger, egg, 1/4 can cream of mushroom soup, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic. Heat oil in a large skillet. Form patties out of meat mixture. Put meat in skillet and cook until done. Remove meat from pan and drain grease. Mix all the rest of the soup in to make a gravy. Place meat back in and simmer for 15 minutes.
