Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
- can salmon - 1 1/2
- canola oil - 1 item
- rosemary, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- each, chopped: onion, green pepper and whole wheat bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make salmon burgers:
Drain and flake salmon. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 4 patties. Panfry in small amount of oil. Brown on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
