Ingredients/Components

  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
  • can salmon - 1 1/2
  • canola oil - 1 item
  • rosemary, crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • each, chopped: onion, green pepper and whole wheat bread crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make salmon burgers:

Drain and flake salmon. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 4 patties. Panfry in small amount of oil. Brown on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
