Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium grated onions - 2 item
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of thyme - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix and make into oblong patties. Brown in skillet and steam for 20 minutes. I always add some peeled and cut up potatoes and carrots during the steaming time.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
