  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • slices bread, crumbled - 4 item
  • pinch of pepper - 1 item

How to make salisbury steak:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into round patties and brown each slowly on both sides. Bake in 325° oven for 12 minutes.
